Yogurt Parfait

Ok this is not really a recipe!  It’s just an opportunity to say I LOVE YOGURT PARFAIT.  And summer fruits are beginning to appear in the grocery stores and farmer’s markets!   So go and get some.  Healthiest breakfast around.

 

INGREDIENTS

Low-fat Greek Yogurt (about a half cup)

Handful of granola

Teaspoon of honey

Fresh fruit (as much as will fit)
